Our commission is incentive based and uses a tiered system. The tiers are based on the amount of commission you have earned in a month. So:

Less than $20 commission earned = 5% commission
$20-$79 = 6% commission
$80-$199 = 8% commission
$200-$499 = 9% commission
$500+ = 10% commission
